If you have a problem, we will do our best to work the situation to mutual satisfaction.
Here are our policies:
1. Please examine your order carefully upon receipt. You must notify us within five (5) days of receipt of the order for a return authorization.
2. If the merchandise is defective, we will gladly replace it and pay your postage for returning it to us.
3. If you are simply returning merchandise which has no defect, we will issue you a store credit for the returned item (minus shipping) towards a future purchase.
